Code of Ethics:

The company adheres to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable in our business. The company’s business is conducted in strict observance of both the letter and spirit of all applicable laws and the integrity of each employee is of utmost importance.

Legal Compliance

The Company is committed to complying with all applicable requirements.  Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable legal requirements and prevent incidents or conditions that might result in a violation of the law. This includes, without limitation, that all purchased materials used in the manufacture satisfy all governmental and safety, conflict Materials regardless of where they are mined, processed or sold.

Bribery & Corruption

The company prohibits suppliers from giving or promising to give anything of value to any third party for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business, or to otherwise induce them to act improper. Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to bribery and corruption.

Human Rights

The company is committed to equal employment opportunity. We will not discriminate against employee’s basis including but not limited to race, color, religion, genetic status, national origin, sex, pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, age, disability, citizenship status, uniform service members status, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.

Child Labor

Allan Tool prohibits child labor  and any infraction of the law. Our suppliers must meet the minimum working age in any region where they operate while prohibiting employment of anyone below the legal age permitted by law.

Environmental Sustainability

The company has identified environmental impacts and understands how this affects the world around us. We expect our suppliers to support the environmental sustainability goals by complying with all applicable environmental laws, rules, and regulations. We recommend our suppliers to be certified to the environmental management system (ISO 14001 or equivalent). Supplier are recommended to develop and implement their own environmental sustainability program that focuses on the impact to the environment,  including but not limited to:

·         Carbon Reduction

·         Energy Efficiency

·         Recyclable and waste reduction

·         Hazardous material

·         Training
